Charged me $100+ for some special service to work with their company. Told them if they do not refund, I will report to Better Business Bureau.

Still no response. Wish I had seen other online complaints befor shelling oit beaucoup bucks

BACKGROUND

To set the stage let us remind everyone that we have been in business now since 2004 assisting thousands of clients to connect with our thousands of staff and we are proud to say in total during those years we have had just a few complaints surface online, these growing pains and difference of opinions are bound to happen maybe once per year when you work with thousands of clients and staff, sometimes these are genuine concerns and sometimes these are not based on reality or facts but each and every time we try to communicate directly with our clients and staff to try and rectify each situation to the best of our abilities.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

We will try now to answer and clarify each question brought up in this particular posting.

Q: Charged me $100+ for some special service

A: For our staff who are looking for jobs we offer a free basic staff account or pro paid account, if the staff member decides to use our paid pro account they are doing this by their own free will, they have to click "upgrade to pro" then they have to read about the pro account and fact that it is $119.40/year, then they have to fill in their card data, then they have to click to agree to our terms, then they have to click the pay/submit button, soo its not something they can do by accident and its impossible for them to be surprised about the price or payment, its something they would have to spend a few minutes to complete, read, fill in and submit. SUMMARY We hope this has helped to clarify some of the issues raised.
